Seller’s Description:

I am selling my 1968 Camaro. It has a freshly rebuilt (less than 3000mi) 427/435HP solid lifter engine built to run on pump gas. It has a 4peed muncie close ratio M-21 and 4.11 posi rear end. The exhaust system has ceramic coated headers and flowmaster Super 44s. The sound is the perfect muscle car sound. It drives as good as it sounds and pulls hard in all gears. It gets compliments everywhere I take it.

This car runs like a car right off the dealership lot in 1968. It starts right up even after sitting for a week. The engine never stumbles under load, never overheats, and idles steadily with a classic lopey sound. All the gauges, horn and lights work. The front end is tight and solid. It was aligned this season. The steering box is a fast ratio manual box. It has power front disc brakes. This car is a pleasure to drive. I can get right in this car and go for a 100 mile trip without concern.

The body is straight and all solid steel. No bondo, rust, or any pieced together patchwork. The underside is clean paint. No rubber undercoating to hide anything. The paint is excellent but not flawless because I do drive this car often. This car is not a concourse restoration, but everything is period correct for the muscle car era and looks like it should.
